Cancellation Policy

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at the same rate as the session.

Payment is expected via e-transfer on the same day as the session.

Insurance

Digital receipts will be provided which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. I recommended reviewing the details of your policy before we begin to ensure services with a Registered Psychotherapist will be covered.

Free consultation

A complementary consultation is provided to all potential clients. This is an opportunity for us to introduce ourselves, talk about how we might work together, and help us determine if I’m the right psychotherapist for you. 

In Person / Virtual

In person sessions are offered in my comfortable, private home office located in Tkaronto/Toronto’s East End, an 8 minute walk from Woodbine TTC Station. The address will be provided following an initial virtual meeting.

Virtual sessions are simply part of how we do things now and will continue to be available for anyone who prefers to meet this way, either exclusively online or in combination with in person sessions as is convenient.
